INDUSTRIAL . HYGIENE AUTOMATION
Hand Hygiene Station Controller
Pure logic design
Timer circuits
Sensor Interfacing
No microcontroller
🌐 Client: Australia
📄 PRODUCT OVERVIEW
A fully touchless hand hygiene station that guides users through a complete soap, wash, and dry sequence without any physical contact. Touchless operation reduced cross-contamination risk. Deployed in hospitals and commercial buildings. The controller board manages the entire automation sequence — from user detection through to drying completion — using only discrete logic and timer circuits, with no microcontroller or firmware involved.
🔧 DESIGN BACKGROUND
An Australian client had been developing this product with a PCB design house in Penang, but persistent firmware bugs and repeated delays stalled the project. When they brought the work to Jaavin, they set a bold constraint: redesign the controller board entirely without a microcontroller, eliminating firmware as a source of failure. Jaavin accepted the challenge and delivered a fully verified, working controller board within four months — built entirely from discrete logic gates and precision timer ICs.
